Kory's Pheasant Cordon Bleu
This is a real easy crock-pot recipe.

6 pheasant breasts
6 THICK slices Swiss cheese
6 slices deli ham (what ever your preference) sliced as LONG as possible
1 Can condensed Cream of Chicken or Cream of Mushroom soup
1/2 cup milk

Lay out one slice of deli ham. Lay pheasant breast on top at a right angle to the long length of the ham. Fold Swiss cheese slice in half and lay on top of Chicken. Fold over ends of ham to center of chicken (think burrito) and secure in place with a toothpick. Repeat with other ingredients.

Line up pheasant breasts in bottom of the crock pot. Stir together milk and soup and pour over pheasant.

Set crock pot on low for 4 hours.

Serve over egg noodles or rice.
